On Thursday 5th October 2017, Arizona Muse, Amber Le Bon, Melanie C, Meg Matthews and Emily Atack were among a number of celebrities who gathered to celebrate the launch of this year’s Lady Garden Campaign in Selfridges alongside committee members, Mika Simmons, Jenny Halpern Prince, Chloe Delevingne, Tamara Beckwith Veroni and Astrid Harbord.
This year’s collection comprises of four limited edition t-shirts designed by Naomi Campbell, Cara, Poppy and Chloe Delevingne, Suki Waterhouse and Charlotte Tilbury. Each woman personalised the classic white T-shirt with their own tongue-in-cheek design, created by Black Score designer Simeon Farrar.
The celebrations began with a live DJ set from Amber Le Bon followed by Mary Charteris. Guests enjoyed an evening of shopping, champagne and Hemsley + Hemsley treats alongside Charlotte Tilbury makeovers.
This year’s Campaign continues to raise awareness among young women about gynaecological cancer and its symptoms. These cancers – referred to as ‘silent killers’ because they are often diagnosed too late – can be reduced radically in the generations to come if young women look out for the symptoms and are brave enough to talk about their bodies more.
The Lady Garden collection comprises of four individually designed T-shirts by our celebrity supporters and will be priced at £28 each with 100% of profits from the sale of each garment going towards the Gynaecological Cancer Fund. Available in S, M, L and XL the collection is available now at Selfridges or Black Score.
